Include name, vehicle details, and coverage dates. Image format: JPEG, PNG, etc. Vehicle Registration: Photo of the vehicle registration document. Include name, vehicle details, and registration dates. Image format: JPEG, PNG, etc. Profile Photo: Recent, clear headshot. Face forward, no sunglasses or hats. Image format: JPEG, PNG, etc. Please note that four documents are required: driver's license, proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and profile photo.
